Built on the philosophy of The Way of the Warrior, KAI combines:

Physical conditioning, mental training, daily accountability, meditation, breathwork, journaling, nutritional discipline, and direct coaching supervision to help you become stronger, sharper, and harder to break.

Every participant begins with an assessment, followed by personal goal alignment with Yasir Khan, after which the next 48 days become a structured mission — not a casual wellness program.

What is Kai?

Kai in Japanese means improvement, correction, and continuous betterment. KAI is the first true step into Yasir Khan’s Warrior methodology.
It is the phase where:

  • Chaos becomes structure,
  • Excuses become discipline,
  • Inconsistency becomes routine,
  • And the body begins to obey the mind.

This program is designed to teach one thing above all:

How to become dependable to yourself.

Through repeated daily execution, KAI trains a participant to stop living by mood and start living by command.

Course Structure

A step-by-step workflow designed to rewire how you show up.

Phase 1
Assessment & Alignment

Before the program begins:

  • Mandatory physical assessment (online/offline)
  • Lifestyle and routine evaluation
  • Goal discussion
  • 30-minute alignment call with Yasir Khan
  • Personalized workout and nutrition mapping
Assessment must be booked within 1 week of joining.

Phase 2
48 Days of Execution

Participants are expected to maintain:

  • 7–8 hours sleep
  • Wake up between 4 AM – 6 AM (adjustable only if genuinely required)
  • Hydration ritual on waking
  • Morning activation task
  • Daily meditation/breathwork
  • Daily journaling
  • Workout execution
  • Nutrition compliance
  • End-of-day reporting/checklist
  • Weekly live meditation / discussion session with Yasir Khan
  • Independent training through the week
  • Trainer supervision sessions
  • Habit review
  • Progress monitoring

What’s included

Since this is now offered in both Online and Offline formats, the structure remains the same for 48 days, only the volume of trainer contact changes.
