KAIZEN
The 90 Day Transformation Journey
Built on the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen — continuous improvement, this program teaches one thing relentlessly
KAIZEN is Yasir Khan’s 90-day advanced transformation journey designed for individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level fitness and enter a phase of sustained physical, mental, and behavioral evolution.
Get better every single day, withou negotiation.
What is KAIZEN?
Kaizen means continuous improvement through small, consistent, disciplined action.
In Yasir Khan’s Warrior methodology, KAIZEN is the phase where transformation stops being a concept and becomes a lifestyle.
This is where participants learn:
- to train beyond mood,
- to live beyond excuses,
- to regulate beyond emotion,
- and to improve beyond visible results.
Every day inside Kaizen is designed to create measurable evolution:
That is the Kaizen way. Not intensity once in a while. Improvement every single day.
Why KAIZEN?
Because most people change briefly. Very few evolve permanently.
Anyone can stay disciplined for a week.
Some can do it for a month.
But 90 days reveals truth.
It reveals:
- who follows through,
- who keeps promises,
- who stays when excitement fades,
- who can continue under pressure.
KAIZEN was created for sustained rewiring.
This program forces the participant to repeatedly refine:
- physical performance,
- nutritional consistency,
- emotional control,
- routine stability,
- mental resilience,
- and self-observation.
The compound effect of 90 days is not just weight loss or fitness.
It is identity change.
You know what to do, but you’re not doing it consistently, You start strong... but fall off midway Your mind feels scattered, distracted, or overwhelmed You’re chasing results without a solid foundation
Then this is where you start.
What you’ll experience
Kaizen deepens discipline until it stops feeling like effort and starts becoming identity.

What makes KAIZEN different
Most 90-day programs focus on visible before-and-after. KAIZEN focuses on internal before-and-after.
Kihon focuses on the process behind the outcome.
This is not: “lose weight in 90 days.”.
This is: “become a different human being in 90 days.”
- Continuous accountability,
- Repeated performance testing,
- Warrior standards,
- Mental rewiring,
- Deeper meditation work,
